I appreciate the kindness and support. Getting labs done has always been a horrifying experience for me due to the uniqueness of my veins. My experience here was respectful, patient and knowledgeable. I did not suffer as I typically do. It’s never fun, but my experience today, allowed to get in and out quickly, breathe and feel thankful about the process.

The lab tech was wonderful. She readily switched rooms when I told her I have a history of passing out while sitting up for a draw. She did the procedure painlessly and quickly, talking with me the whole time 🤗

Marlene is awesome!! She listens and executes. Haven’t felt heard by a doctor like this in ages and I was grumpy and in pain and she didn’t get upset with me like others. 10 stars.

I really appreciated filling out all the required paperwork ahead of time, and waiting only minutes before being seen. The medical assistant Lacy was warm and friendly, and my FNP Sarah really listened and did not push for unnecessary testing. Best of all, they have their own lab on site for blood draws.

Had a pleasant and efficient appt. at One Peak this afternoon in order to have Lab work/Blood draw. Both Marina and her lab student, Trinity, were very attentive and calming for me...(I do not like needles). Gracie O.

I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received at One Peak over the past three years. My provider, Sarah Kalina, has been consistently supportive, knowledgeable, and thorough. My case isn’t always the simplest, and she approaches it with both expertise and genuine compassion. Communication with the staff has always been excellent, I’ve had no issues with billing, and blood draws are quick and easy. I’m very grateful for the care I receive at One Peak.

Two of my kiddos had labs today with the phlebotomist, who is absolutely fantastic. She is currently having a student shadow, who is also doing a fantastic job. Front desk does a great job with communication. We of course love our provider, Georgia!
